We build our modules from CATL cells. Our technicians need to master and apply very professional knowledge. The module construction process is also more complicated. However, this can fundamentally ensure the consistency of the internal resistance of the completed battery pack and the convenience of maintenance after the customer receives it. The cumbersome process in the factory is only for the simplicity after customer receive it. What you will receive are only 4 large modules, and to connect 7 wires, without any additional drilling, all holes are perfectly matched with the original factory.
2. Quality Assurance
The battery can be in service for 8-10 years. We provide 2 year or 80,000kms warranty, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, if anything non repairable happens, we will replace with free new modules and freight is on us too!
3. Seamless intergration with your car
With the re-programmed BMS, the dashboard can display the whole correct new mileages. We only modified some parameters related with mileage display. The original Nissan Leaf's safety strategy has not changed.
