Shipping options

Lithium batteries are dangerous chemicals, so battery packs or modules can only be transported by sea.
Other non-electric products can choose DHL/FeDex/DPEX/EMS and other international express.

Shipping Charge

For battery packs and modules we offer EXW prices. If you have agent or warehouse in China, we will deliver to your designated locations in mainland China free of charge.
The CIF freight will be caculated according to the address you provide.
According to the DHL/FeDex/DPEX/EMS rules, there are some addresses that are considered remote addresses and will require additional shipping fees, if your address happens to be one of them, we will notify you by email.
All quotations and freights in our Vivne website do not include any import tax, duty, or other charges may be paid in your own country and region. It is regret that Vivne is not able to inform customers these taxes, fees, and charges. Regarding customs charges and local taxes rising from your country/region, please contact your local customs authority or import agent, to obtain more information.

Shipping Time

Ocean shipping normally takes 4 to 8 weeks to reach majority of the world, but shipping time is greatly affected by factors beyond our control, like weather, post office delay, custom and etc. We couldn't guarantee a timely delivery but will perform the best on our side.
It normally takes around 3-8 business days for DHL/FeDex/DPEX/EMS to arrive at its destination. You can track the current state of your shipment in their websites.

Attention

All orders must be delivered to a valid physical address, in any case, PO box addresses and overseas Military mail (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses cannot be shipped.
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order, and if your address changes, please notify us before your order is marked "shipped" to avoid package loss. If your order is marked "shipped", change of address is no longer supported.
In accordance with standard express practice, you need to check the contents of the package before signing for the goods. If you fail to do so, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during transport.
